Citizens who would like to speak before City Council on a specific agenda item or make a general comment must fill out a Public Participation Form with the City Secretary prior to start of the meeting. Citizens may submit in advance a Public Participation Form in person or by email to cityclerk@wallistexas.org.  Deadline to submit by email is 4pm on the day of the meeting, forms will also be available in the Council Chambers 30 minutes prior to the meeting start time.  Comments will be taken during the public comment section of the agenda.
