Permits
City of Wallis requires building permits. Contact City Hall at 979-478-6712 before starting your project. PENALTY FOR STARTING WORK PRIOR TO OBTAINING A PERMIT, FEES WILL BE DOUBLED. Below you will find all permits required for certain tasks within the City of Wallis. Rental property will be required to have a safety inspection before utilities will be turned on.
Contractors are required to register with the City, there will be a $100.00 registration fee.

Permit/Application for Safety Inspection - Rental Property - Safety Inspections must be done prior to renting property.

Registration for Rental Property- All rental property must be registered annually with the City of Wallis.
