Jodie A. Szymanski:
Municipal Judge since June 20, 1995, Judge Szymanski is an active
constituent of the Texas Municipal Courts Association. An advocate of
civic duty, Judge Szymanski previously served on the Brazos Independent
School District board of trustees for 15 years; eight years as
president. Additionally, Judge Szymanski presided over the Wallis
Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture for seven years and devoted
countless hours to the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 990; he is the proud
father of two Eagle Scouts, Jeffery and Jonathon. Former State Warden of
the Knights of Columbus, Judge Szymanski is credited with founding the
Wallis Knights of Columbus Wild Game Supper, famous statewide. A
passionate outdoorsman and firearms enthusiast, Judge Szymanski guided
waterfowl and exotic game hunters for 27 years and took one of the
world’s top five dangerous animals, the Cape Buffalo of Africa.
Presently, Judge Szymanski raises exotic wildlife, while collecting old
duck decoys and hunting memorabilia. Judge Szymanski is a member of the
Exotic Wildlife Association, National Rifle Association, Ducks
Unlimited, and Safari Club International. |
